I have the "30 Day Shred" DVD at home, only tried it once, I just can't seem to push myself to workout once at home with sunshine. I've had a co-worker borrow it, and then go out and buy her own copy, and has now been doing it for over two weeks with some slight results... but I can't seem to do it when I've owned the DVD for months! Maybe I will get some guts to do it over the weekend... I am in better shape than I was when I first attempted it and couldn't even get through the whole 30 minutes!Still no pop... I wonder when I will ever allow myself to have it again, I'm almost afraid to... like it will be a failure if I give in, even after so long...
